This translated edition in large format has retained the lavish and explicit illustrations by the original artist Bernard Buffet. This is a scare collector's item for the Sagan enthusiast. The book has a previous owner's dedication on front endpaper. The front cover is toned to edges, particularly along spine.  Small watermark or similar to bottom left of front.
