This is a special package for the Rankin collector, showing Rebus in his prime (such as that is) in an early outing, grappling with the now familiar web of Edinburgh high finance, politics, and the paradoxical convergence of the city's high and low life. Very rare signed combination in great condition. The US edition has a small remainder mark to bottom edge. UK edition has light creasing to the bottom corner of the jacket.
