Undated but probably early 1930s. Interesting example of such books published for their department store customers, in this case David Morgan of Cardiff, whose advertisement is in frontispiece. Attractive colour plates throughout illustrating stories by well-known authors of the time such as C. Bernard Rutley, Dorothea Moore, Violet Methley et al. Book is in generally very good condition with a little damage to spine extremities. No marks or inscriptions, binding tight and very little spotting or foxing.
