First adventure in Savile's 'Buckinghams' series. This is a first printing by Evans in fine condition, with no marks or inscriptions, with only some little discolouration to the text block edges. The book is very clean and tidy inside and opens tightly.  Attractive colour frontispiece. The unclipped jacket is fair, with quite a bit of loss to the front, spine top and rear (one area in all). There are further losses to the spine bottom and rear bottom edge.
