Very good example of this post-war Biggles story. The text block shows a little spotting but internally pages are clean and fresh, opening quite tightly. There are no markings or inscriptions, except fro some old tape offset marks to the end papers. The unclipped jacket is good, shows the correct original price of 6/- , with some loss to the spine top and top edge. The rear is a little worn.

...My Dad was absolutely delighted with it. He said the condition was "vintage" and it was absolutely everything he remembered it to be. I don't think I've ever seen my Dad as happy with something as he was with this. It is now going to be passed down through generations, starting with me and my children. We'll have to make sure the cover stays on and it's held with very gentle hands!!
