"All rights reserved" printed to foot of title page as required.  This book is in poor condition and this is reflected in the asking price. Damage to front cover picture. Foxing throughout. Some old tape repairs to pages. Last page is ripped. The binding is generally loose although the book is holding together quite well. The colour plates retain their freshness and colour and are generally unaffected by the above issues.
