The twelfth and final adventure for the Swallows and Amazons crew.  The very clean 1st printing book is fine with no other marks or inscriptions. The text block edges are clean with only an isolated piece of spotting to the bottom edge. End papers very bright and attractive. The otherwise very good jacket is not contemporaneous to the book given the publisher's list to the rear, but is in all other respects identical to that of the first printing. It has some staining to the front flap.
